Leadership
Zachary Antovich
Founder & CEO
Mr. Antovich has a long and successful track record developing and commercializing IVD diagnostics and innovating new testing technologies. He was past Founder and CEO of Linkage Biosciences, a transplant diagnostics business with a full suite of patented, IVD-registered HLA tests adopted by laboratories around the world under the LinkSeq™ brand. Following Linkage’s sale to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mr. Antovich served as General Manager, Transplant Diagnostics (One Lambda brand), helping lead the division and establishing HLA companion diagnostics programs with pharma partners worldwide.
Dr. Curtis McMurtrey
Director, Immunopeptidomics
Curtis leads Antogen’s peptide–HLA complex analysis services, supporting discovery and validation studies and working closely with client teams to align study design, data outputs, and program decisions. Dr. McMurtrey has two decades of experience studying HLA and HLA-like molecules. During his time with PureMHC, he led CRO projects with many of the largest pharma companies. He has authored over 50 publications and specializes in immunopeptidomics, with proficiency in advanced LC-MS proteomics workflows and informatics software.

Pascal Villiger
Managing Director, Medley Partners
Pascal Villiger brings more than 25 years of experience in private markets investing and investment banking to his role as an Independent Director. Mr. Villiger is a Managing Director at Medley Partners, where he spent the last 14 years helping oversee a multi-billion-dollar private equity and private credit portfolio on behalf of the Simons family foundations.
Prior to Medley, Mr. Villiger was a Portfolio Manager at CalSTRS, where he was a senior member of the private equity team responsible for helping manage the system’s approximately $30 billion private portfolio. He began his career in investment banking, spending over a decade across UBS and Banc of America Securities.
Mr. Villiger holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Elizabeth Pollard
Venture Partner, iGrow Venture Partners
Elizabeth Pollard (Board Observer) is a Silicon Valley C-suite veteran, board director, and advisor, with global leadership experience across industry, government, and nonprofit sectors. She has a proven record of scaling businesses in biotechnology/health tech, forging public–private partnerships and bringing advanced technology to market. She currently is a Venture Partner at iGrow Venture Partners, advising on strategy, governance, and investment in transformative markets worldwide.

Dr. Clifford Lowell, MD, PhD
Past Chair of Laboratory Medicine, UCSF
Dr. Lowell is a Distinguished Professor and Chair of Laboratory Medicine at UCSF. He is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he received his MD and PhD degrees. He completed his medicine residency training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, after which he completed his clinical and research fellowships at UCSF. He was appointed Assistant Professor in Laboratory Medicine, rising through the ranks to become Department Chair in 2006. His research area is in immune cell signal transduction, where he has pioneered studies of tyrosine kinases and tyrosine phosphatases in innate immune cells.
Dr. Lawrence Fong, MD
Scientific Director, Immunotherapy Integrated Research Center (IIRC), Fred Hutch
Lawrence Fong, M.D. is the inaugural Bezos Distinguished Scholar and director of the Immunotherapy Integrated Research Center at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle since 2024. Previously, he was a Distinguished Professor at UCSF for over 20 years, where he founded the Cancer Immunotherapy Program and was the founding co-director of the Parker Institute of Cancer Immunotherapy at UCSF. He received his B.A. from Columbia University and his M.D. from Stanford University.
As a physician-scientist, Dr. Fong has been involved in both pre-clinical and clinical studies of multiple cancer immunotherapies including immune checkpoint inhibitors that are now FDA-approved. His laboratory has identified multiple immunologic mechanisms that underlie response and resistance to immunotherapies that could enable novel treatments. He is a founding senior editor for the Journal of Immunotherapy of Cancer and for Cancer Immunology Researchˆ. He is the recipient of an NIH Outstanding Investigator Award and an elected board member of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC).
